BMU Streetlight Problem Report

Brookings Municipal Utilities takes pride in having a well-lit city. This form allows you to help us find the lights that are out and get them repaired. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Please fill out the form and press the "Submit" Button. If you are reporting more than one light out, please submit a separate form for each light.

You do not need to complete both forms. You can help us to locate the streetlight by giving its location from an intersection OR from a street address, whichever is most convenient.

You may also call Brookings Municipal Utilities at 697-8418 to report a streetlight problem.
